Idk how pet friendly Atlanta is but LA is pretty pet friendly and I've seen apartments in LA charge $50/month for small dogs and $100+/month for a large dog (many apartments here wont allow large dogs at all).

The difference with LA and Vancouver is that the average house price in LA is in the $500,000 range; so although both the housing price and wage growth rate in LA or the US may not necessarily be materially different than that of Vancouver, just the average price varaiance of a house in both cities will tend to make Vancouver seem more unaffordable.Housing and its affordability is a serious issue.

I get it, but its a strategy that works, especially here in LA....i personally know wholesalers who make good money using this strategy...almost every deal i see is an MLS deal, do i like it.....NOPE but its apart of this business.
