From Las Vegas NV to Indianapolis IN!

Hi everyone,

I just found this site today as I was on a search for a contractor in Indy. My name is Guy Raveh. I was born in Israel some 40 years ago (wow!....still getting used to it) and came to the US back in 1998. I arrived in Las Vegas NV where I met my wife in 2002. In 2009 I jumped into the water and started buying properties at the Trustee Sale Auction for flips. It was going very well until 2011, when the hedge funds came into town and drove us all out of the auction. So we started buying short sales and did even better! Well the short sale party ended in mid 2013 when the LV market flattened and short sales were getting approved at market value. By the way, from 2009 until present we have been lucky enough to have flipped just shy of 200 properties - which was a blast. My family which is me, my wife, our 4.5 year old and our 1.5 year old moved to LA at the end of 2013. As most of you know, LA is a market that is challenging to say the least for flippers, so we've decided to invest remotely. While still doing a small amount of business in Las Vegas, we have recently zoomed into Indianapolis as our remote market and here we are :) Two weeks into this, we've met close to 20 buyers and now we are working on assembling our A-team in Indy. SUPER excited about what we do and very happy to have found this site. Looking forward to speaking with you and having fun in this amazing process. Talk to you soon :)
