Needless to say, I ran out of there so fast...but, at least I got a free sandwich, apple, chips, and drink...lol.Do not do it...do not pay for resources and education in this field; get your money back if you can...BP is the way to go as a guide.

Looked everywhere until I finally took one off the other cabinets and had a cabinet maker copy it - $75 oak exact copy. 

My contractor installed particleboard kitchen cabinets that have a oak doors.

I am working on ways to take chips off the table and to take less Real Estate risk.

@Jessica Sorensen I think if you want cashflow and you have great vision and remodeling skills then take a look at Oak Park/Tahoe Park.

As a note you can also have shower tile reglazed which is a easy fix for chipped or dated tile.

As an investor who has mostly focused in west-coast high-growth / blue chip type areas, I pretty much ignore the 1%, 2%, 50% or any other blanket rules out there.

After a couple years in a few different units it's still holding up quite well with very minimal chips/scratches.Looks good!
