Additionally, to file taxes you have to pay more and file extra forms for any entity you have, so I would not open one until it is a necessity to protect your assets. 

I know that it is important to be visible on social media, but in all honesty, I don't think it is a necessity.  

While you should be suspicious, looking at it and assessing it with your own eyes will kind of negate the necessity to do all of this what if stuff.it's not a foreclosure, it's an open market sale that happens to be bank owned, or OREO so, you treat it like any other sale with any other agent.

But that means its great for business's that tend services/necessities.

Start eliminating non necessities and focus on paying off your debt while saving to buy properties that cash flow and will eventually pay off all your debts and expenses.

(Hint: The correct answer is: every spare dollar that's not needed for necessities!)
