While Licensed in MS as a Realtor and where I own rental property I  as an agent looked for my own investments via the MLS, LoopNet, CoStar, etc (MS is a non-disclosure state).

In the state of Missouri, all grades of gasoline are required to have 10% ethanol in them, in all gas stations, and Iowa I believe has done or is going to do the same.

He is really more interested in you partnering on deals with him in Iowa than in selling you his courses.

From what I as told if I go though with a foreclosure there is a good possibility that I won't have to leave my house for some time.

I was in PEI about 4 years ago, it was so strange to drive the causeway, was hoping to take the car ferry back but a family emergency sent me to Iowa and I had to leave in a hurry.
