no rent coming in but expenses were low - just utilities and insurance.

I have funds tied up in other projects at the moment but my inbox is FULL of solid deals.We are familiar with some companies that do this.Som will only do first position loans so in many instances you need to refinance out through them and it can get expensive if you ahve a low interest rate.

BTW, I have a 2 decade long Facebook profile and hundreds of "friends" something you don't usually see with scammers (new profiles created with very few friends).  

While the prices of home are low, rent yield is still strong making you feel more confident in achieving those cash flowing goals. 

Even if these people know their property is worth more, there is sometimes that one owner that wants the windfall of cash they have coming and will take that low offer. 

Long Beach is so fringe oriented and prices are so high that it is pricing out the low income people out.
