Dont get me wrong, you have a legitimate beef on what happened to you....I dont discount that at all.

If you all share in the responsibly and your investors have legitimate say in how it's run its likely not a syndication it's more likely a Joint Venture (JV). 

On one side of the spectrum, if a house legitimately is in good shape and just needs paint and new carpet the seller is probably going to pay an extra $20/sq ft because they know that's only a $5/sq ft make-ready. 

Hi @Clayton Casey. it can be tough to find a legitimate agent as many are familiar with it but not really experts.  

There are SO many scams originating out of Nigeria that your chance at having found something legitimate are extremely slim.  

My attorney said there has to be one of 16 "legitimate" reasons to terminate and yes, this case would be one of them, if I could prove it.But proof is a whole different ballgame.

There will be more leads.As long as you are following protocol and using the proper documentation, I don't know of a legitimate reason (i.e., non-frivolous) why you would end up in court.

But some sort of discount seems legitimate.

We try to keep applicants in a holding pattern until we can legitimately contact them to say we rented it to someone else.  

They legitimately have too much going on and they don't get to stuff but they will eventually get to it, they are disorganized, they are lazy, they don't care etc.
