The port of Houston on the Gulf of Mexico imports more goods than any other port in the United States.Texas legislation has provided a great economy for businesses to thrive.

A precursor to major growth in a market is a city pushing to pass legislation that will alter zoning and allow more units in a smaller area, more flexibility for developers, more parking, mass transit etc. etc. just a few thoughts. 

It could be removed by future legislation, so it's hard to predict what the 2021 rules will be.

Hi @Andriy Likhman If you are looking to invest out of state, right now it is really important to consider eviction legislation in that area (so I would avoid the west coast for that reason).

Congress has to pass legislation to adjust taxes and then send the bill to the President for signature.

I'm still going through all the legislation surrounding asbestos, and it does change over time!

We strategically choose to invest in locations that have positive cash flow, landlord friendly legislation, low taxes, population & economic growth, etc. 

I am currently familiarizing myself with the Dod Frank legislation...

Also, depending on the State, Loss Assessments Coverage is becoming more important, as legislation to allow The Associations to raise deductible responsibility to unit owners for damage originating in their unit has been passed.

There is a huge backlash in Arizona that restricted local government legislation.
