The new Seattle ADU/DADU legislation is real game changer.

It is so important that everyone respond to this so that local legislators know they will be voted out.  

Within the MSA there is a ton of variation in strategies, price points, rent values, LT legislation, etc.

Real Estate agency is a broken system, and I’m sure that behind the scenes brokers are paying legislators to keep it broken.

This information led me to research the topic further and I actually found that in 1979, Texas legislation effectively extinguished the implied warranty by enacting Subchapter B of Section 92 of the Texas Property Code. 

They are also trying to push through legislation that helps renters at the expense of landlords and rental property owners.  

I did look at the new student rental legislation which definitely concerns me a little but I assume old townhomes on E 5th St are still in the game?

These misguided legislators don’t seem to understand this.

The "Housing for All" legislative package containing 3 ordinances affecting rental housing providers was passed by city council: Ordinance 0494-2021:  Landlords cannot discriminate on housing vouchers, the rent voucher or subsidy must be included in the calculation of income.
