If you really want the property, just put in your best and final ... otherwise, if you want to try to horse trade a bit put in a lower offer and try to negotiate but understand then that you are running the risk of getting beat out by a higher offer in the meantime.

This is also on top of the operational issues such as the 'Robo Signing" and "MERs Debate" and trying to force modifications which many re-defaulted, all of which created stalls which still ripple through the industry.

If you simply want to raise cattle or have horses on the land that is one thing but if you plan on living on the land there are many other considerations you have to make sure of and even more if you are considering to do a development on the land.

We replaced the shower stall with a 2-piece fiberglass unit that doesn't require caulk (using a unit that I salvaged from a rehab of another unit several years ago and had in storage) and replaced the floor with VCT.
