I will offer that what you will need to do is get some actual comps, and dig into the specifics:Size of condoFinishes (appliances, flooring, countertops, type of cabinets, other finishes) Amenities of the building (gym, pool, etc.) 

It has everything we are looking for in a gated community (pool, gym, on-premise amenities, close to stores, and water).The more we think about renting, and read the above replies, the greater the chance that this is the route we will initially take.

These are upscale properties with amenities like access to web and cable TV, pools, gyms, etc.

Pretty sure they are going to become my new gym soundtrack.
