Feel free to share with the tenant that they are under market or the lower end of the range, and you are raising rents gradually out of courtesy since they have been good tenants.SO much of doing this smoothly is doing it with the right tone…same action, different feelings produced.

This does occur but would lead to gradual increases over time.The $6T could play a factor if it leads to higher wage and employment growth but without renters making more money (higher wage growth) or there being more renters with jobs (employment growth), what is it that's actually shifting the supply and demand of rentals?
