I'm genuinely curious to hear how much time per day or week do you spend on BP, and how do you fit that in with everything else you have going on.

We just had a young lady claiming to be able to generate 350K in sales per month with targeted Facebook ads, no overhead, no US mailing address, no ability or desire to verify her claims, all with a degree in political science from the University of Michigan (supposedly), a Wix website, and an Instagram account full of duck-face selfies and inspirational sayings.

It inspired me to look into real estate as an occupation.

Was inspired during my research year to start looking into passive income by Jim Dahle’s book white coat investor. 

Good luck and keep updating on your progress, it is always inspiring to see people get started and move toward their goals.  

But if you genuinely try to get to know one or two people and start to build up a relationship, it will be a lot more sincere than just trying to ask 10 people how they got started.
