I'm seeing LOTs of FL and Smoky Mountain properties coming up for sale lately.

Lately I have been hearing a lot about his method of using a HELOC loan and using the proceeds from that as a down payment for multi units.

The difference being I think he lives in the metro area, and not in the surrounding area.As someone who hasn't been to Denver yet (planning on visiting in the summer - mid/late July), is Denver also a commuting city?  

To my understanding, there has been a surplus of inventory hitting the market as of late, making for a strong buyer's market.

You should be getting your owner draw at the same time every month regardless of if your tenant paid 5 or 10 days late or not.  

I'm exploring all options at this point including finishing the home with other builders, as well as selling what has been built (slab and block walls of a single family home 4 bed 3 bath) to another builder or investor.Does anyone have any recommendations on where to look for potential buyers for something like this?
