I feel like AI analyzing deals will start to be huge.. 

Also I would talk with those that install systems they usually have a good feel for areas and maybe will do an onsite inspection.for me if just vacant land and all i need to do is dig a 3 foot hole to get soil samples I am going to just do that. 

I know it can feel a bit daunting at first, but you’re asking the right questions, and that’s half the battle won.

See what they feel about their ability to pay.  

I feel like the initial investment is a little inflated.

Because they have no clue what so ever what there talking about, and there posting there feelings. 

A C class neighborhood in the rust belt might look like a D class in another area because the rust belt has older housing stock and has a different look and feel to neighborhoods. 

This is ridiculous and I feel scammed.  

My gut feelings is that AI will bring significant change to real estate as it will to all aspects of our lives.
