The taxes in this area run about $600 per roof annually but still are part of a decent school district (Grandview) compared to KCMO/Hickman.Hope everyone had a great 2015 and that you set your goals high for 2016.  

Higher rents seem to be directly correlated with the nicer school districts, both in Dayton and Cincinnati, and you can find reasonably priced Real Estate in any of the towns as long as you aren't buying at retail price.

Does school district matter?

If someone wants a brick ranch in lamp here school district, they will have pleanty of very similar options to choose from.

Getting a variance in Philadelphia will require you to meet with your local RCO (neighborhood district).

It's a really good area, good school district and high rental demand.

I can only guess that the $800K duplex that the person spoke of, is the one offered in the Bayview district; it needs a lot of work.

Especially district 5,6,7,8 ,9 and 13. if hungary finally accept the euro as its currency i belive that the market will be much more interesting to foreign investors and that will srive prices up signifficantly.
