Seems like nothing fits my main requirements, i havent looking into the more "enterprise" solutions as some services quickly move into the tens of thousands of dollars.

Your leads sounds just like buying a name list (from any other source).I Know government is crazy just now, but I was holding out for the rationality of Free Enterprise (oh what a dreamer hey).I can't believe there's one sentence anywhere on such a prohibition.

I would like to add one final note......under Section 4735.01 of the revised edition of the Ohio Association Of Realtors found here http://ohiorealtors.org/legal/topics/wpinducements/ the wording of "for another person" is the relying paraphrase that is deemed to make this section enforceable and wholesaling illegal.IMHO this interpretation is not only incorrect but is unconstitutional and an erosion of human rights that flies in the face of a free enterprise-based, capitalist system.

Traditional LLC offers no tax advantages for consulting revenues. not unless it's set up as an S Corp.Two - we never want to put revenues from multiple enterprises into one entity.
