Hi everyone here on the greatest website I came across a property owner who have 2 2 fam 1 in Newark NJ  and 1 in east orange NJ  and is willing to sell it to sell it for a package deal for about 475kBoth are occupied with tenants paying top dollar rent And don't know we're to start Appreciate any advice Thanks everyone for your help and support

Would I just continue to buy one house at a time or would it be better to try to scale up (larger package of sfh or small multis) I work a steady job and my strategy right now is buy and hold.

I recently hit the 3 year mark of being tobacco free.Immediately I didn't even question the possibility that the evaporation/aerosol inhalation of two of the most commonly encountered food, cosmetic, and hygiene chemicals, glycerin and propelyne glycol, would be harmful whatsoever.I heard the hype, I asked doctors. 

I have never encountered anything like this before.   

It gives me a good picture of what to do when I encounter this sort of thing again, which unfortunately seems pretty likely :/
