The government must come up with a positive plan that assists residents and those that provide their housing: Those not paying their rent or assessments must provide proof of losing their jobs or collections process can proceed.Bank relief for property owners: delayed mortgage payments with no penalties, fees, or credit issues.

If its simply tax relief you are looking for look into land conservation easements.

The new law (AB3088, also known as the COVID-19 Tenant Relief Act of 2020) is very complicated. 

There is also meant to be some relief for landlords in the latest stimulus package that will help you get back rent paid. 

I wish all the people who really needed help from Covid relief could get it, but people who want to cheat other people always will!

Rent relief, in this case, means the government steps in to pay rent when people faced with an economic collapse cannot.
