I am not sure how folks who travel with their horses do it or what they look for.I have seen some pretty cool 3 sided stables built with pallets.A lot of the horse folks around here have really nice ($$$$) trailers that are half people trailers, half horse trailers (Equine Motor Coach - see pic) or they have Big Rigs that they tow everything with.....And yes I would provide feed, make it easy on them.

If the loan pmt was $5k/yr, then the DR would be only $5k/yr...half of what the other investor was getting.
