However, for now I will just say I am in the beginning stages and trying to put my team together while I learn how to find and evaluate properties...As I am sure is the case with most newbies...Investors to lend/fund deals, mentor to help me learn how to quickly but appropriately with full details ANALYZE PROPERTIES (there are a million sites out there and I do not want to just rely on RE AGENTS to get back to me) and contractors in areas from Anacortes to Redmond, WAI live in La Conner, WA and am doing this as my last ditch effort to avoid going back to the corporate world and still be able to build generational wealth for the young ones in my family and put myself and my husband on more solid ground for ours.

@Marty Summers I would say go ahead and mail whoever you like, but i would avoid any language in the mailings suggesting they ditch their agent and sell to you.
