No cost up front (no appraisal cost generally but many use AVM or digital information for appraisal which will work if you are in a tract of similar sales closing in past three months.

This summary is exactly what my brain needed to digest these options.  

I agree with the others that trying to digest everything within 4 hours would be tough. 

I believe it was $1.99 at the time and the material was straight forward and easy to digest.

Each home is different even tract homes vary in value based on where in the community, lot size, amenities, etc.   

The material I'm digesting that covers this topic isn't really providing me any creative new ways to add margin or serve the community better than what's already out there.I'm turning to the BP community to see if any of you have had experience with innovative hard money lenders or have ideas on how to gain a competitive advantage and offer a superior product than what exists presently.Thanks!
