Just met with my lawyer who previously served for me a Notice to Quit which succeeded without further ado last year and those tenants vacated.Surprisingly, he seemed to recommend this time around I not retain him (since it would cost $2000 retainer just to start the eviction on these default tenants who are in breach including drug activity) and instead use an eviction support service rather than attorney.

He tried not living in and getting it managed and ended up with an escort and a drug dealer getting in and causing a lot of damage.Your basically catering to people on ODSP and welfare.The only advice i could give, is he said the more you charge the better tenants you get which makes sense.

Its at least a RICO case for the group committing looting the cvs and than burned a cop car up the street from the CVS..... who knows what they will do next if they get away with it all after they spend all the money they make from selling the stolen the drugs from the CVS...I have faith that National guard can assist the state police to lock down the curfew tonight and hopefully every local detective will be on duty tonight and there will be record arrests and hopefully catch the few bad seeds that are probably causing the violence...

I spoke with a friend who had mentioned that someone we knew but had not seen in several years was busted for drug dealing apparently he was over the limit that turns it into a felony ?
