Park all of your daily drivers outside for the next three snowstorms.

I listen to the podcasts daily on my commute and it is has definitely motivated me to start taking some action.

Google and YouTube are great places to get background information and find out what questions to ask, but when it comes down to the details of daily operation you need someone on your side that is working with this everyday.

Growth is all around the city with new projects announced daily.
