Hey I’m new to real estate and have a few questions
Hey my name is Dionis. I’ve always been extremely interested with owning and renting properties. I just re-signed my first ever tenants. Unfortunately I have been pretty stagnant after that. I was looking for some advice on whether building or buying something already constructed was the way to go. I’m looking for a four-plex in the coastal Carolina region. Also was wondering if I should wait till I have more rental income to create an Llc.
