An applicant applied for our property through TurboTenant because TurboTenant automatically turns on their application button when you syndicate your properties for rent and does not allow you to turn it off.

My point was you can customize Quickbooks (or Quicken if you go that route) to track you personal stuff and rental property / business stuff.  

The customer doesn't care if you did everything right except you forgot the steering wheel.

And the only reason people are doing that is because the fear mongering the agents were starting, telling one customer to another and the train just keeps going. 

The way I look at it, it's a great time to hustle and find deals while others have pressed the pause button.  

Here is what the law states:Under the ACH rules, the customer's bank is obliged to refund the debits without question, as long as the request was received within 60 days from the NACHA transaction date

Let's look at MSA median incomes, because reality is when "investing" in a MSA Real Estate, well, revenue and profitability will be DIRECTLY dictated by your customer bases ability to pay, right. 

They don't have customer service number to call.

I'm handing out my business card to customers while I'm driving them around, but so far, I haven't received any leads from that.
