Our market doesn't typically support "living for free" if you want 1/2 the place to yourself, but I've seen it done countless times. 

This past week I have learned a wealth of knowledge from all of you, I’ve spent countless late night hours reading numerous discussions, investing strategies and tips.

I am attempting to purchase my first property in the San Fernando valley in Los Angeles and I after reading Rich Dad Poor Dad and listening to countless episodes on here I am interested in purchasing a cash flowing property.

We've offered on countless properties - usually with hard money since that's the kind of properties we tend to buy - and even though we can close in 10-14 days typically, sellers will almost always go with a cash offer, even if it's lower.

I have to agree with many of the points that @Ryan McLaughlin said, while the short term idea for an AirBnb are quite enticing I have heard countless horror stories from the process, not to mention the added stress of it all.

I've emailed them countless times, and NEVER have received one reply.

-Continue to educate through countless podcasts, learning about starting a podcast, mentoring/coaching sessions, and books. 

I have seen countless agents start on a team.. and within 3 to 5 years they are off on their own and building their own team. 

I've called countless credit unions and they are all saying they don't do commercial loans.

Tuition paid to get in the game and countless rehab/property mgmt lessons along the way.
