I can get an attorney to look over the contract, but isn't there just a purchase & sale contract that the title company gives which SHOULD contain all of the necessary information?

However, I don't think there a bubble popping like 2008.My realtor friends are predicting that in my market rents are going to go down (because that is what they are starting to see), but that any decrease in home prices will largely be contained to condos. 

Going through the list enabled me to see what properties they own one by one, and create a document that contain all of the properties in their portfolio. 

Another issue is that the liability experts like to see an LLC for each property and in this case, you may be combining all of those five assets into a single entity, the idea being that the liability can be contained to that one asset.
