We are incorporating more rent to own type transactions in our business so I am particularly interested in seeing how that will play out.I am a little unclear about why so many investors are thinking that this is the beginning of the end for rent to own deals, especially when the Dodd-Frank stuff has to do with LENDING to owner occupants and loan originations.

We did the Articles of incorporation, Operating Agreement, filing, etc ourselves, BUT (and it's a big but), before we filed, we ran it through a lawyer who charged us $150 just to browse over it and make sure it all looked good.
