Get in a company like Century 21, that is known for training brand new agents, and gives them leads.

Deals are like buses there is one every 10 minutes, don't fall in love with just one.If this is the deal of a century and you can tie it up, I would package it nicely and present to investors who will take the financial risk with you putting in no money.  

You could also check local auction sites, Ashland Auctions, Auction Brokers, AJ Billig, Alex cooper and Century auctions.My guess is it is on some national auction site like hubzu
