I’m guessing you believe the casino coming online will be a good thing?

The location is awesome though for the Navy and Air Force presence that is 5 min away (NRL, Bolling AFB) and of course the MGM Casino + National Harbor. 

-Hotel Brokers - Hotel brokers are generally not under the big name brokers, there are a handful of specialty brokerage firms that just handle hotels, motels, casinos.  

The property that I am buying is about 4miles from the city and about 2 miles away from the lake and a mile from the casino so its in a decent location!

In Bethlehem, where I live, we had a casino built in recent years (Sands), there are universities close by (Lehigh, Lafayette, Muhlenburg), good hospitals, and job growth as well. 

Stock market (in my opinion just a little bit better than the casino lol)4.

The house was bought with a flippable intention in the long run as far as school district, neighborhood, and minor rehab.I want to invest in my local market which is the Boston and surrounding suburbs which is a high and attractive market which still has room growth due to increase in job demand from next new casinos, hotels, GE, and Amazon. 

Its in the same Tri Cities area mentioned above, but it has the new Casino going in so there is a lot of potential.

I know times they be a changin... though.was just in Lincoln last summer for my niece's wedding stayed at Thunder Valley that's one nice Indian casino and hotel  by the way.My direct mail that I do now is in other states one were I live and others in the deep south were I am active.

I am looking to connect with investors in Alabama...I have a few properties in Atmore, AL mins away from the casino is anyone is interested.
