I thought the beaches banned STRs for any property that was a straight investment?

Now I can still list, but only through my personal page.I don't have any indication I was banned, and I did nothing that I can figure to violate the terms of service.

Since one of the exceptions to the eviction ban is selling the property I think we're going to see more properties come to market as part of the landlords recouping their losses.

With COVID still going on, San Antonio will not lift the eviction ban so who knows how long that will last.

If you ban them up front they will just hide them from you and have them anyways.

Right now, with the eviction moratorium in place, late fees bounce back and forth between allowed and banned so we are careful with those. 

Sounds like you are out of luck unless you can charge $500/ night so that you can pay the $250/night fine.More and more cities are creating laws that ban or make it very difficult to operate a STR in their area.
