Is there sufficient confidence in tokens?  

Over the years every single time I went over his house to hang out we would talk about money, investing and the future we were building.

Building up a rental portfolio, flipping, wholesaling? 

I currently work with investors looking to build their portfolio with single-family, long-term rentals while managing for them on the back end, making is hands-free for the investor to still work their W-2 job and live their everyday lives and spend it with family, hobbies, etc. 

While I was running my inspection business, trying to build a real estate business, and taking care of 4 rentals with family, I was also going to night school to get a degree in MIS.

With that in mind, I’m considering purchasing four rental units over the next four years to build a stream of income that could help supplement my retirement by age 68.The challenge I’m facing is that the deals I’ve come across so far don’t make financial sense.

Also any tips for automating this as much as possible and how to protect the property financially and property management would be appreciated.I ALMOST understand the rental arbitrage strategy if building a company scaling with say 30 + units and looking for high short term cash flow.  

It's a bit far from me though but definitely interested in small apartment buildings in the Cleveland area.

I am considering working with a property developer in NJ to buy land, build a duplex/triplex and sell it (6-9 month time horizon).  

BRRRR deals can be trickier to come by in these spots due to their higher demand, but the way to go is to build a solid team with local connections who can share insights and bring you deals!
