Now the alleged heir needs to go through the property procedure to prove ownership and begin eviction on squatter.

Yesterday I received a text stating a tenant did not have heat. allegedly the pipes were banging but no heat was produced so they shut the thermostat off.  

I just heard Gene speak this evening at an REIA meeting, and he swore up and down that he has won legal challenges on exactly this sort of zoning issue because (allegedly, according to him) it would be illegal discrimination against the elderly to limit the number of people for this reasons. 

Even if you buy at market and hold you will make money, so why toss money out the window with these alleged gurus?

Found out there is an alleged neighborhood squatter in a fort area down the street. - In researching neighbors to find contact info I found their names in a DOTD open hearing for a proposed project on the bridge that the street runs parallel to.

I saw a case down in south Miami a squatter "alleged" produced a lease, most likely a faked lease but enough to call into question and delayed the eviction process.

It's attractive and allegedly very durable, a 25 year floor.
