I’m new to wholesaling and am enjoying his course so far.

We now recommend Jurny since we have enjoyed using their platform.

If I can find a property in a smart market that makes sense, then I’d enjoy having another asset there, and growing a portfolio there.

If that's what you really want, maybe a friend or family member would enjoy making some extra money.

I reckon my situation is a bit different since it's not a typical 9-5 and I was self-employed but I enjoy doing both. 

Outside of real estate, I enjoy Traveling, Golfing, Outdoor Activities, Learning new things and spending time with Family and Friends.Excited to learn and connect with you all!

PS most states have a small boy girl carve out IE as long as you dont hold yourself out as a lender and do no more than a few a year your exempt but if your have a business card  Jay lends money and you do a a bunch a year and your obviously in the business no matter what you call yourself you have to follow the lending license requirements.

In my lease agreement it states not to leave the door as to not let the cat out.Am I legally allowed to serve her a 3 day notice to quit for breaking multiple rules (right to quiet enjoyment, not locking the door, not leaving the door open to not let the cat out, not wearing shoes in the house)  within the first week?

I haven't looked into that much just because I don't think I would enjoy being in the same living space as strangers.
