I read the "One Thing", by Gary Keller recently, and he says pick one thing and do it to your best til you succeed.

I am in the process of setting up my business basics, I've read BP's Ultimate Beginner's guide, am currently reading the Millionaire Real Estate Investor by Gary Keller (great book) and have J Scott's rehabbing book on the horizon to read, as well as absorbing the many helpful posts here.

Hi Gary, to clarify - counties (at least in Cleveland) has some scheduled appraisal process where every 3 years or so they reevaluate the tax values of each home.

One good place to start is the Free Beginners Guide right here on BP.A good book that I learned a ton from when starting was "Investing in Real Estate" by Andrew McLean and Gary Eldred.
