I would much rather do that than continue working 40+ each week hours in my current profession.With that in mind, I currently work in the entertainment industry.

Many companies I tried won’t even entertain the idea that I don’t live in the state.

I am in the entertainment industry.

More businesses are moving in, the city is establishing new entertainment districts etc., and so a lot of people are revitalizing these old iconic neighborhoods of Birmingham.

So I don't read what they are blabbing about for anything other than entertainment value. 

We were under contract on a 4plex, then looking at some SFHs, and now we're entertaining a larger investment.

For example, I am helping someone use their VA loan to buy a 3-4 unit, about 17 properties on the market within his price range, about 5 willing to entertain a VA loan.

5K huh... hmmmm.. magic sweaty ball of predictions let me give it a rub and see what it says.Here is what you can do... wait let me rephrase this... here is what I would do.With (just) 5K budget, you can't really risk winging it so listen up.I would hire a PPC expert and I would get my first deal ASAP.Here is why it is crucial you get a deal ASAP.Every month you do not make money... you lose money.Rent, food, crablegs, questionable entertainment,  seriously questionable entertainment... women (get your mind out of the gutters boi, I mean your wife, your daughters, GF your female pet dog fido needs dog food too) rent, insurance,  soap... ehh who needs soap... be honest.

I have gone to two seminars from TV flipping stars out here in Southern California and can warn you that they are nothing more than an entertaining show and high pressure sales pitch to get you to buy their full plan (which others that go through it rate very poorly).
