Most times not only do you need to analysis the property(s) you’re investing in, you also need to evaluate the sponsor/manager.  

It is really about evaluating risk/return scenarios.  

Hey Folks,I am currently evaluating an RV park deal.

My "experience" evaluation will take into account how they made it through the markets from 2019 to 2025 - that will tell you a lot.I will be looking at how the operator handled their deals during this time, how they communicated during this time and what they learned. 

Would you say I need a big team of people like employees to hit that.
