You're shooting yourself in the foot and potentially losing those good tenants that lose interest.In my experience, you still have to kiss a lot of frogs before you find a prince, no matter how well you try to phone screen.I think you're mistaken in thinking this is required in order to abide by the Fair Housing Laws.

Some good, active contacts on here for this type of question are @Andrew Postell and @Diana MuresanMost common BP recommendation: While I have not put a property into an LLC that I have had a loan on, the general consensus on here appears to be that the easiest route is to simply get the property in your name, then transfer to LLC.Another Option: Could try to get a commercial loan, this will depend primarily on your assets, business plan, relationship with commercial/portfolio lender (again, usually at smaller, local banks).

@Bernardo Pereira I emailed you back and we can ctach up soon@Josh Prince The income does not have to be from Puerto Rico as a matter of fact the incentive is for exported services and you can most defitely live in california or NY and route legitimately through form and substance a lot of income including passive income but it may require a "price transfer study".
