Its amazing how many guys use the extra height for storage or think they will install a lift one day.We walk a new survey with very expensive homes & it amazes me that < 25% actually use the garage for their vehicles & if they do it usually has room for one auto if at all.

They are not from the same country, some from Cuba, some from Ecuador, some from Peru, yes they all speak Spanish but not sure if that's "homogeneous".The property is only a few blocks from State Road 7 US 441, and that street is very busy - public transportation, stores, strip malls etc...so I suspect many work there, in the restaurants, auto repair, tire kingdom, hub cap heaven, super markets, pet shops etc...

Rental insurance usually costs about $15-$25 monthly, sometimes less if bundled with their auto policy.We have dwelling and repairs covered, but because of forward thinking and a great insurance agent, we also have coverage for the missed rents due to the damage.
