@Ashley Munz - PATCO unfortunately stops at almost as many less desireable (City Ave, Broadway, Ferry Ave, Lindenwold) areas than it does more desireable ones (Collingswood, Westmont, Haddonfield, Woodcrest, and Ashland) And almost none of them cashflow without huge downpayments, or issues of being in a war zone.
