You eventually want to get to a point where you do not need to live off of transactions but they become icing on the cake to your investments and cash flow.Older brokers I know in their 60's,70's,80's simply coast and work on the deals and clients they want to.I would rather have a group of core clients I work with and do deals over and over again.
