Travel rewards: Thanks to the FI community, I just earned my first 90k Chase travel rewards and I'm looking for someone knowledgeable to help me find the best way to redeem them for a trip from SFO to Geneva in Feb. 2019.

It seems like one of the hurdles that can trip up noobies if you're not careful. 

I am going on a business trip for the next 2 weeks, but let’s set up a time to meet and talk when I return.

I am planning a trip out to Indianapolis, Indiana to check out the area.

Some of the houses built by the titans of these local towns back in their heyday are AMAZING - some places in KS these houses are just rotting and it's SAD -- I can think of a few I've seen in Kinsley KS on some of my hunting trips -- in the right place in Wichita or KC or a larger metroplex you'd have people lining up to buy and rehab them.   

I have been following the Cleveland market for quite a while and now getting ready to take a trip to the area to take a look and hopefully close a deal.

The Lead will then do one trip at the end of the week for all those materials. 

Most likely the state where the property is located is where lawsuits would be brought if they are something for personal injury like a trip and fall or something of that nature because the “cause of action” arose in that state.

I'm an out of state investor but I definitely see that going in person has value and in this case I should make the trip.
