My first residential property investment
I am looking for the fastest and economically savviest way to make my first real estate investment a successful and profitable one. Im looking to buy a pre-foreclosure 1-family home in long island with 100% Finance.. i have the closing, insurance and construction costs. Any help from experienced investors will really be of help.
