To take it further, get expenses as well - utility bills, schedule E, etc. 

Every time though (that I can remember,) the utility has called or e-mailed to make sure that I was aware. 

I also like that I can send leases and lease renewals and have tenants e-sign.

Also, in the future look to renr to NCOs (E-5 and up) or officers.

Because the seller would be heavily in debt after the closing and would have to take out a loan to complete the sale this has created a stand still of the process even though the buyer has paid earnest money and hired a property inspector and R E Attorney.

This is generally the area which is bordered to the north by 295, the east by Ramsey St, to the west by 210, and BUS 401 to the south. 210 and Ramsey sort of form a “V” shape to the south and Country Club Dr. cuts through the middle (W to E).I have recently found several homes in this area which meet my criteria but they move quickly and I have not been able to get one of them as of yet.
