Since it’s so close to the end of the year, I’m wondering if anyone else has had success with the STR loophole requirements and material participation when acquiring a property with only two months left in the year?

Wondering if there is a way to offer all cash/get a mortgage right away and use the remaining cash for other cash offers after. 

But challenged  by this because I am new to this and wonder what  could I offer?

Wondering if there is any other legal way of minimizing double taxation for my Cayman Partners. 

There are a few other options and long shots I can think of, but I am wondering if anyone might have other ideas or insights?
