Of course, now that I have some properties on the coast, it drives me nuts every time I see a person that just got their voucher in a larger city decide that now that they have their voucher it is time to go move to the more expensive coastal town.

The main hurdle that many of our borrowers face are the income aspect of it, especially expensive markets like the West coast.

We just bought a condo on the Gulf Coast, and the old management company has said the same snowbirds come to our unit every year from December 15- March 31.

Have you considered the west side of Atlanta?
