This isn’t a library, it’s a laundry room without a washer and dryer!

The house could use some small cosmetic touch up, like paint in the upstairs rooms, but the kitchen is nice, granite countertops, nice appliances, the washer and dryer isn't new but that didn't seem to be a problem when others have come to rent the rooms.I wouldn't mind making this a rental for me, while I focus on getting a condo for my family.

I do need to buy a stove which was included in the 6,000 the fridge is nice enough and no room for a dish washer.

Then this year our washer and drier finally stopped working.

PS, the property is newly built in 2016, it is a 2/2 with washer/dryer, parking, and a pool & spa.

I remodeled the inside, added a full kitchenette, washer drier, heat and a/c. i currently rent this unit out for $1,450 a month and it pays $100 over my mortgage.

Assume 6 acres, 40 spots per acre, state park $17 water/electric per night; private $25 to $50 water, electric, sewer; "A" level $60 water, electric, sewer, shower, washer/dryer, wifi.
