If you are financially vulnerable, Survive.  

Sorry to rain on your parade, but approaching someone during such a vulnerable time while they're grieving is like being a vulture. 

It's not just the porosity and sealing issues, well-chosen granite is not nearly as vulnerable to that as some of the trendier lighter more open grained granites that people felt compelled to use by their designers. 

Once again landlords are presented with how very vulnerable their unsubsidized C renters are.

That this is an inconvenience rather than a life threatening situation, it’s a big inconvenience at a really bad time and a vulnerable point for them.

It shouldn't take months to get caught back up on rent or else you are being vulnerable. 

I know people worry that folks in low income housing will trash your place, may not pay rent on-time and cause you trouble but it’s a chance you take or have your place vacant and vulnerable.

@Jonathan Twombly  from my vantage point.. those with massive debt tolerance or the refi to you die or the I have to have max debt to show the best return numbers for my investors.. so they lock into short term 5 year notes.. those are the one's who are vulnerable in a correction. 

Failure to take these measures will leave you vulnerable to a plaintiff’s attorney interested in piercing the corporate veil.

No real gain and simply allows people who are already financially vulnerable to overspend and dig themselves deeper into a hole.
