Let's say you buy your things at Home Depot, and they say you need to fill out a W-9, and you would get upset.

I of course am incredibly upset, and I expect my client to be very upset.  

If he's upset, tough crap, he doesn't have control of the property and is just lying to you. 

Would this be a good marketing tool, as I would be upset if they told me my house was worth 80% of value.Mark

Current tenants have been there for about 3 years. new tenant moved in a few weeks ago right above them.New tenant asked old tenants to please be quiet, that they talked very loudly. ( this was at 8:30AM on a sunday, new tenant had just moved in the previous day. )all seemed to be okay.Now i get a call from both tenants who are upset.

The broker got really upset with me and said, if you don't know about NDA's than you should go and consult an attorney to help you read one. 

I can't say I'm upset with the way things have gone but I need a steady income to keep everything moving forward.  

I was very upset about this, but i am now taking it as a sign that now is the time for me to jump into, what has been a dream of mine for many years now, REAL ESTATE! 

I don't know many (if any) investors who got their license and were upset that they did.
